Dear Participant, we wish to inform you that the "European Regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data" (hereafter "GDPR") as confirmed by the Italian D. Lgs n.101 of 10 August 2018, provides the protection of people and other subjects as regards the processing of personal data. Cna Emilia Romagna in its quality of “Controller” of processing, in compliance with art. 13 of GDPR, is supplying you the following information:

1. CATEGORIES OF DATA: Cna Emilia Romagna will process your personal data such as your identity data and contact data (telephone and mail).
2. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data that CNA Emilia Romagna will receive are collected through the filling of this online form, within the project ”MECWORKING IN HANNOVER 2019: AUTOMATION, MECHANICAL PRODUCTION PLATFORM TOWARDS INTERNATIONAL MARKETS”, for which a request of funding has been submitted to the Emilia Romagna Region (awaiting for approval), and ending on 31st of December 2019.
3. DATA CONTROLLER: The data controller is CNA Emilia Romagna, Via Rimini 7, 40128 Bologna, Fiscal Code: 80040150379 which you can reach by telephone at the number 051/2133011 or the mail address presidenza@cnaemiliaromagna.it;
4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
   1. Purposes connected to legal requirements.
   2. Purposes connected to the implementation of the Project: management, organization, implementation of the Project and any initiative connected to it.
   3. Purposes based on the consent of the data subject concerning:
      1. Dispatch of commercial and/or marketing communications from the Controller, also through newsletters, SMS or other digital instruments;
      2. Dispatch of commercial and/or marketing communications from partners of the Controller, also through newsletters, SMS or other digital instruments;
5. CONTACT DETAILS OF THE D.P.O.: The controller has appointed a D.P.O. who can be contacted via e-mail at the address: cnaemilia@segnalazionidpo.it
6. RECIPIENTS OF DATA: Within the limits of the purposes of processing listed, your data could be communicated to partners, consultancy agencies, private companies, appointed as Data Processor by the Controller. Your data will never be object of further diffusion. The Data Processors and other staff in charge of processing are clearly listed in the Privacy Document, periodically updated.
7. CROSS BORDER TRANSFER: The data collected will not be transferred abroad.
8. PERIOD OF STORAGE: The collected data will be stored for a period of time not superior to the attainment of the goal for which they are processed (“storage limitation” art. 5 GDPR) or according to the deadlines provided by law. The controller will periodically verify the obsolescence of data.
9. PRIVACY RIGHTS: The data subjects have always and at any time the right to request the Data Controller access to their data, rectification, modification or cancellation of the same, limitation of processing or the possibility to oppose the processing, to request the portability of data, to revoke the consent to the processing. The request will always be in written form, including a motivation for the request in case of cancellation and opposition, and forwarded to the controller. The data subject can submit complain also to a control authority.
10. COMPULSORY CONSENT: Your consent is compulsory for the purposes of point D.1 in order to participate in the Project. Your consent for points D.2 and D.3 is optional and will not compromise your participation in the project.
11. DATA PROCESSING METHOD: Your personal data could be processed with IT tools or any other instrument in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR, in a lawful and correct manner, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
